Policy & Procedure

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: 

• All clients require $25 deposit to secure appointment, ($50 for Hi-fu Non-Invasive Treatment) Cannot be waived under any conditions/ NO REFUNDS

• Deposits are transferrable to a reschedule within 24 hours of appointment. Outside of the 24hr window, $25 deposit is Void and will require additional deposit to reschedule. No exceptions.

• Guests will be permitted only one complimentary reschedule if notice is given with less than 24 hours to their scheduled appointment. Once rescheduled, the new appointment cannot be cancelled or otherwise altered in any way without incurring an additional $25 charge. To clarify, once an appointment is rescheduled in this way there will be no option for cancellation without a charge.

• No Call, No Show voids deposits. All appointments have a 10-minute grace period, after 10 minutes, your $25 deposit is void and full payment will be required to complete service. Out of consideration for our staff and other clients, please do your best to be on time.

•Any Groupon coupons past their expiration date may be used after paying the difference to match the current day's service price. You can also call 804.292.1663 to price match coupons.

• No refund after any service for any reason. If dissatisfied, you must let us know within the first 10 minutes of the service.

• For the safety of my family and yours, you are required to wear a mask. Yoni Steam & Wellness reserves the right to deny entrance to any persons with a contagious illness, skin conditions, or any conditions that make others uncomfortable and/or question Health Code regulations and cleanliness.

• Yoni Steam and Wellness reserves the right to ask customers to leave should they exhibit any form of inappropriate activity, unruly behavior, sexual misconduct, stalking, discrimination, physical violence, profanity, or verbal harassment towards other guests and/or employees.

• No outside food is allowed.

• Cell phone usage is not permitted if studio is occupied by multiple clients to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests.

• Inappropriate, hazardous, and/or illegal materials are prohibited.

• Yoni Steam and Wellness is a smoke-free environment.

• No extra company (unless being serviced). Children under the age of 12 are not permitted during regular business days.

• Any damage done to equipment negligence of the customer, will require $100.00 “Damage & Repair” fee

• Keep an eye on your personal property at all times. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Lost and found items will only be held for 30 days.

• Yoni Steam Members Package is honorable 12 months from date of purchase and are not permitted to be shared with any one beside member holder.

• Please return all towels and gowns to laundry bins for proper sanitation and remember to throw out all your used items and trash.

• Credit card minimum in-store is $10. To use less than $10, Cashapp will be acceptable

• Understand, by making an appointment you are agreeing to the terms of our Policies and Procedure.

• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
